Motion Graphic Designer

MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNERJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for Blueshift Energy Inc. The role will focus on producing motion graphics, animated videos, social media content, promotional materials, and other visual assets that support the company’s marketing and communication needs. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, understands basic animation principles, and is willing to learn and explore new creative techniques. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create *motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content** for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.* Design animated graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.* Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on project requirements.* Edit and enhance videos using appropriate editing and motion graphics software.* Collaborate with the Marketing and other departments to create visual content aligned with the company’s brand.* Adapt designs and animations for different platforms and content formats.* Ensure that all visual content follows the company’s branding and quality standards.* Revise designs based on feedback from the team or management.* Organize and maintain design files and project assets. Stay updated with current *design, animation, video, and social media trends**.* Perform other design-related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.JOB

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in *Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field**.* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of *motion graphics, animation, video editing, and graphic design**.Proficient or familiar with software such as *Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator**.Knowledge of *Adobe Creative Suite** is an advantage.* Basic understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.* Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to explore new ideas.* Able to follow instructions and work with creative briefs.* Willing to receive feedback and make revisions when needed.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.* Portfolio of motion graphics, animations, video edits, or other creative work is preferred.
