Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and HungryJob PH. By creating an account or using the member tools you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. Browsing jobs without an account is covered by the sections on listings and on our liability.

You must be at least 18 to create an account, and you may have one account only.

Sign-in is provided by Clerk. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at aetherio.business@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by abusing free credits, posting scams, or trying to get around limits or security.

We collect job postings from other job boards and company career pages (such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn and Indeed) and show them in one place. We are not the employer or a recruitment agency, we do not post the jobs, and we do not take part in hiring. When you apply, you apply on the original site, under its terms.

We check listings on a schedule and remove ones that have closed, and we flag postings that look like scams, but we cannot guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open, or genuine. Confirm the details with the employer. A legitimate employer does not ask you to pay to be hired; if a posting asks for a fee, do not pay, and report it to us with the report button.

Tailored resumes, cover letters, gap reports and mock interviews are produced by AI models from the information you give us and the job posting. They can contain mistakes. Read and correct everything before you send it: you are responsible for what you submit to an employer, and it should describe only experience you really have.

Interview feedback and match scores are guidance, not a prediction of whether you will be hired. Nothing here is legal, financial or career advice from a professional.

• The AI tools cost credits. New accounts get free credits, and each tool shows its price before you use it.
• You can buy more credits in pesos. Payments are processed by Xendit; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only on this site.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where Philippine law, including the Consumer Act, gives you a right to a refund. This does not limit any right the law gives you.
• If a paid tool fails and you receive nothing, the credits it cost are returned to your balance.
• Unused credits are lost if you delete your account, or if we close it for breaking these terms.
• If a payment went through but your credits did not arrive, write to aetherio.business@gmail.com with the payment reference and we will sort it out.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you let us show it on the site for as long as it is up (including, anonymised, after you delete your account). Do not post:

• anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
• scams, requests for money, or pyramid and recruitment-fee schemes;
• other people's personal information, or an employer's confidential information;
• spam, advertising, or anything posted to mislead.

Members can report posts and comments. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Do not copy the site or its listings in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, overload it, get around rate limits or credit limits, or try to reach data that is not yours.

We provide the site as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will find a job through it.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by listings from other sites, by employers, or by decisions made on the strength of AI output, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell members about significant changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
