Senior Sales Development Representative

A sales development representative (SDR) focuses on prospecting and lead qualification. SDRs don't need to close deals; rather, they connect with as many leads as possible, extracting only the most relevant prospects and moving them up the sales pipeline. When a prospect shows interest, the SDRs schedule a meeting with one of the company's sales executives. Key responsibilities

Cultivate and orchestrate email strategies with precision and finesse, targeting potential clients with the utmost tact and persuasiveness. Screen and evaluate potential customers based on available company data to identify the most promising prospects. Collaborate with team members in brainstorming sessions to persuade prospects to participate in meetings with account executives. Provide support to other Senior Business Development Representatives in daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations. Follow up with prospects and schedule qualified meetings. About you

Good verbal and non-verbal English communication skills. At least 3 years of experience in sales development positions or a similar role. Know your way around LinkedIn, social media, Google Search, and emails. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments. Willingness to learn and enhance skills. Responsible, dedicated, and friendly. Benefits
