Job Summary

The Kiosk Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient customer service while operating a kiosk in a high-traffic environment. This role includes assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining a clean and attractive kiosk, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, selections, and purchases
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area
• Restock merchandise or supplies as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary
• Set up and close down the kiosk at the beginning and end of shifts
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: Php645.00 per day
