Senior Accountant (AR Factoring Experience Required)

We are seeking a professional to join our finance team. This position will be focused on various accounting tasks, including AP and AR. The ideal candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced & dynamic environment; someone who is detail oriented and organized. Key Responsibilities: Enter AP documents to bookkeeping system and allocate them to the proper GLReconcile all payments with AP documents

• Prepare daily cash needs & funding requests
• Prepare commission reports & checks
• Monitor and enter AmEx charges to GL and tracking program and ensure all needed documentation is provided
• Enter and oversee employees' reimbursement forms
• Assisting with applying payments, charge backs, credits to proper accounts and divisions
• Assisting with Markdowns tracking per customer
• Prepare refunds to some customers
• Analyzing open orders with past cancel dates
• Ensuring credit coverage for all pending orders and ensuring proper records of invoices in the factor's system

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Manufacturing or Fashion industry experience preferred but not required
• Air Table knowledge is a plus
• Quickbooks is a plus
