GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Support Associate / Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for all internal IT devices, systems, and infrastructure across the organization. This includes supporting computers, network devices, surveillance systems, and communication tools. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Network and Connectivity Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN)
• Monitor and support switches, modems, and Wi-Fi access points
• Ensure proper organization of network cables and data cabinets

IT Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain and provide support for:
• Laptops and desktops / mini PCs
• POS machines
• Printers and scanners
• Company-issued mobile phones
• Biometric scanners
• Computer accessories

System and Device Management

• Maintain surveillance systems (CCTV)
• Support internal telephone communication systems
• Maintain and organize all IT-related equipment across head office and store branches as needed

Innovation and Integration

• Assist in integrating AI solutions and other digital tools as required

Pay: Php15,314.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
