About the role
The Sr. Project Architect will be responsible in overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of a design, production of the construction documents (plans), and specifications of Antel Group projects.RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop project from early concept through design development
- End to end project management of MRBs/Commercial Development/Master planning
- Inspect project on Site to ensure that architectural aspect are being implemented properly
- Timeline: Prepares, implement and monitor revisions and other related items that will affect the project's timeline/schedule and budget
- MUST HAVE:Licensed Architect
- At least 3-5 years working experience in related field
- With excellent management skills
- Has handled projects from pre-planning stage up to completion
- Mixed used development is an advantage
- With experience in implementing value engineering methodologies
- Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite WHAT WE OFFER:HMO upon regularization
