About the role

Verifacts Inc. is seeking HR EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic sales team in a Full-time capacity based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As an HR Executive in the Background Verification (BGV) industry, you will play an important role in building a trusted and compliant workplace. In this role, you will drive hands-on end-to-end site hiring, strengthen employee relations, manage attrition, and support the development and implementation of HR policies. You will be a hands-on generalist with strong recruitment skills, good judgment in employee matters, and the ability to translate policy into practice on the ground. Key responsibilities:1. Site Hiring & Recruitment

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned sites: requirement gathering, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and pre-joining follow-ups. Build and maintain talent pipelines (campus, agencies, job boards, referrals, social media) to meet hiring plans and turnaround-time (TAT) targets. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience: documentation, induction, buddy allocation, and early check-ins to improve new-hire retention.2. Employee Relations (ER)Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution at the site level. Conduct timely and fair ER investigations, document findings, and recommend corrective actions in line with company policy and applicable laws. Promote a positive work climate through regular touchpoints, pulse checks, and coordination of engagement initiatives with the broader HR team.3. Attrition Management & Retention

Track and analyze attrition trends by team, role, and tenure; identify root causes and propose targeted retention actions. Run structured exit interviews, consolidate insights, and share actionable reports with leadership and HRBP.Partner with managers on stay interviews, career-pathing conversations, and recognition practices to reduce preventable exits.resources.4. HR Policies & Compliance Support

Help draft, update, and localize HR policies, SOPs, and handbooks; ensure they are practical for site operations and compliant with labor regulations. Drive policy awareness through orientations, manager briefings, FAQs, and periodic communications. Maintain accurate employee records and support internal/external audits and statutory compliance requirements.5. HR Operations & Reporting

Maintain HRIS/ATS data integrity for hiring, movements, and separations; generate regular dashboards on hiring TAT, offer acceptance, attrition, and ER cases. Coordinate with payroll, IT, admin, and security teams for seamless joiners/movers/leavers processes. Support performance management cycles at the site (goal setting, mid-year reviews, PIPs) in coordination with the HRBP/HR Manager resources

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Typically 2–5 years of HR generalist experience with strong exposure to recruitment and employee relations; prior site/operations HR experience preferred. Working knowledge of local labor laws, compliance and ISO requirements. End-to-end hiring: sourcing strategies, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Strong employee relations skills: active listening, conflict resolution, documentation, and confidentiality. Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze attrition, hiring metrics, and ER trends and translate them into action. Policy orientation: can interpret policies, spot gaps, and suggest practical improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with all levels. High ownership, bias for action, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Alabang, On site
