Trade Sales Representative

Trade Sales Representative responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets for assigned distributor markets, managing channel and outlet operations, executing trade marketing activities, and conducting market research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets for the assigned distributor market
• Achieve distribution coverage and monthly sales targets for key products
• Achieve initial order volume and distribution targets for new product launches
• Monitor total daily sales volume and sales volume of key products in the assigned market, and promptly adjust strategies to ensure target achievement

Manage the classification and operation of all stores/outlets in the assigned market, including understanding outlet grading criteria, monthly sales, and sell-out data

• Supervise daily operations of outlets in the assigned market, ensuring implementation of Three Fixed Standards and efficient utilization of company freezers
• Develop new outlets monthly and achieve monthly outlet development targets
• Supervise product displays in the assigned market according to 5-2-3 display standards and achieve monthly display compliance rate
• Assist and supervise the assigned market in completing monthly marketing activities such as school promotions, events, and promotional activities
• Regularly collect information on competitors including pricing, promotions, freezer placement policies, and new product developments

About you

• College level education
• Proven sales experience
• Experience in ice cream or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Must have a motorcycle or reliable means of transportation
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
