About the role

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing web applications and core business platforms, and supporting cloud infrastructure and CI/CD deployment pipelines. You will work with CRM systems (Salesforce), handle database migrations and maintenance, and collaborate with senior IT Managers and department leads to support continuous learning and development.

Key responsibilities

Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Master both hardware and software configurations for optimal performance. Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and core business platforms. Manage CRM systems (Salesforce), business automations, and system integrations. Handle database migrations, maintenance, data updates, and ensure overall system integrity. Support cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Debug and ensure systems run smoothly. Collaborate with senior IT Managers and department leads to gather business domain knowledge and clarify task requirements. Leverage agentic AI systems and autonomous agent workflows to optimize development and business processes.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering or similar. Experience with web development, database management, and CRM/Salesforce systems. Proven ability to deliver quality results and adapt quickly in a fast-paced development environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices. Hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and AI-driven development tools. Proficiency in setting up and optimising technology. Quick problem-solving skills and managing time effectively. Updated NBI clearance, or willing to obtain before commencement. Must live in Metro Manila and other regions such as Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Pampanga (Clark only) and Cebu City will be considered.MUST HAVE:Updated NBI clearance, or willing to obtain before commencement.
