We're actively seeking a warm and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first voice our customers hear. You'll handle inbound calls, explain our services to homeowners, book cleanings, and send quotes so that no potential customer goes without a reply. The role suits someone who thrives on clear communication and stays organized through busy call periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls promptly, warmly, and professionally
• Handle customer questions about services, availability, and pricing using the provided pricing guide
• Book, reschedule, and confirm cleaning appointments in the scheduling system
• Create and send quotes to customers
• Make outbound calls when needed, such as callbacks and appointment confirmations
• Keep customer records and call

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting
• Clear, confident spoken English with a friendly phone manner
• Hands-on experience with scheduling or field service software such as Jobber or Housecall Pro
• Organized and steady during high call volume
• Careful, consistent, and able to work without supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in home services or cleaning industry customer service
• Comfortable juggling calls, quotes, and scheduling at the same time
• Ability to manage multiple tasks together
