Project Manager

To ensure timely openings of franchise and company-owned stores, enforce compliance across all requirements, and aggressively resolve overdue franchise accounts. The role protects revenue, reduces AR, and accelerates the company's expansion timeline through strong execution and follow-through.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end opening process of franchise stores yearly
• Coordinate with Construction, Operations, HR, Parts, and Finance
• Ensure franchisees complete all requirements and payments
• Conduct site visits and escalate delays immediately
• Certify readiness for Operations turnover and release of the final 50% franchise fee
• Document deviations and unauthorized promises
• Track payments, contractor timelines, equipment deliveries, utilities, and permits for company-owned stores
• Coordinate directly with Legal for demand letters and small claims filings
• Maintain trackers for franchise openings, company-owned stores, AR, and small claims
