Continuous Improvement Analyst w/ AI Experience | Hybrid | Ortigas

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, depending on project requirements and team needs. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our organisation. You will be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, analysing business systems, and implementing strategic improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs. This position is integral to our commitment to innovation and continuous enhancement of our service delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify bottlenecks, redundancies and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
• Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve service quality
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Document current and improved processes through process mapping, flowcharts and standard operating procedures
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on improvement initiatives and their impact
• Support the testing and implementation of new business systems and technological solutions
• Conduct training sessions to ensure staff adoption of new processes and systems
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by staying current with industry best practices and methodologies

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, continuous improvement or process optimisation

• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools and software
• Proven experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
• Solid understanding of business systems and IT infrastructure
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the Information and Communication Technology sector is preferred
