About the role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTPreparation and issuance of employment contract for new employees. Conduct newly hired orientation regarding employment contract cycle of the company. In-charge for monitoring employment contract and renewal contract of employees including preparation of necessary documents, sending evaluation forms to Immediate Superiors and routing to different signatories. Preparation and Issuance of Notice of HR Action for employee movement (change of salary, site location, position, etc.)Preparation and Issuance of end of contract notice and ensure that the company is compliant with Philippine

Labor Law. Preparation and Issuance of Acceptance Letter upon receipt of the approved employee's resignation letter.PROCESSING APPPLICATIONS FOR GOVERNMENT MANDATED SERVICES AND BENEFITS /COMPANY INITIATED

BENEFITS

Act as Liaison officer to government agencies (SSS/PhilHealth/BIR/ HDMF). Able to declare new employees and separated employees to SSS/PhilHealth/HDMF for policy coverage using print form or electronic transaction form. Able to facilitate filing of claims to SSS/EC/PhilHealth/HDMF via online system or manual transaction to government offices.

  • Able to facilitate loan details and updating of employee's record to SSS, HDMF, and PhilHealth and to provide feedback to concerned employees.
  • Able to issue within 2 working days all the request for certificate of PhilHealth contribution.
  • Able to attend to disapproved applications and seek clarity from PhilHealth, SSS or HDMF the reasons for disapproval. Able to provide feedback to concerned employee and manager
  • Able to prepare request to SFTE-JV to advance payment for employee SSS benefits and able to file reimbursement claim to SSS
  • Able to secure and verify government numbers such as SSS, HDMF, TIN and PhilHealth for those newly hired employees, both for local and expat employees.
  • Ensure that all newly onboard employees and resigned employees are declared to the payroll bank provider and Insurance companies (Life and medical).
  • Able to distribute HMO cards within five (5) working days.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience

Strong organizational and record management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates strategic thinking, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
