About Beyond AI

Beyond AI is a technology company that designs, builds, and runs multiple software projects in parallel — web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS products. We work in small, versatile teams, and we hire for fundamentals and adaptability: everyone on the team is expected to pick up whatever each project needs.

About the Role

You will own the servers and environments behind our projects and our clients projects — provisioning, deployments, monitoring, backups, and access control — working alongside the developers and the database team. Across AWS, VPS, and on-premise systems, Linux and Windows alike: what we care about is that servers stay up and stay secure.

Note: this is not a tech support role, this is not a role maintaining desktops or laptops.

What You'll Do

• Provision and maintain servers and environments — AWS, VPS, and on-premise — for development, staging, and production
• Manage Docker-based deployments with the development teams and keep them repeatable
• Set up and watch monitoring, alerting, and logs — and respond when something breaks
• Run system backups and patching as a discipline, not an afterthought
• Manage user access and enforce security hygiene across systems

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5-7 minium years of production systems-administration experience on both Linux and Windows servers
• Hands-on experience with AWS, VPS hosting environments, and Docker
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, firewalls, certificates, and the like
• Scripting ability in any shell or language
• A security-minded, checklist-driven way of working
• Clear written and spoken English
• Additional cloud platforms beyond AWS
• Container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) or CI/CD exposure
• Incident-response experience
