Junior HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Jr. HR Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in data mining, report building, and data formatting, along with some data entry tasks. As you grow with the company, you’ll also have the opportunity to take on subtle HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis tools, has strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Report Building: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
• Data Formatting & Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing best practices in data management.
• Data Entry: Perform occasional data entry tasks to support reporting and analytics needs.

Automation & Efficiency: Automate repetitive data processes to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Growth into HR Tasks: Assist with HR-related data tasks as you progress within the company.
