Full job description

• Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll and benefits, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinating and participating in employee engagement activities and events.
• Responding to employee inquiries and providing information related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, orientation materials, and exit documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data with the payroll team.
• Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining and updating HR databases and reporting systems.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Performing other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
