You'll own the design and development of our website — from wireframes and prototypes through to a polished, responsive site on Webflow. You'll work closely with our team to keep the site aligned with our brand, our customers' needs, and our growth goals. Role and

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for our website and landing pages
• Lead end-to-end design and build of our website in Webflow, following best-practice UX principles
• Continuously improve the site with new features and a better user experience
• Optimise for performance — load times, SEO, and site health scores
• Test and quality-check work to a high standard
• Apply best practices for secure, scalable websites
• Align design and structure with our SEO strategy
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the team
• Required Skills and Qualifications2–4 years' UX design experience (websites and landing pages)
• Strong portfolio of design work
• Experience with UX research, wireframing, sitemaps, and user flows

Proficient in Figma or Sketch

• Experience with component/design systems
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSExperience building responsive websites
• Strong project management skills — able to work autonomously and manage workload
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Webflow

Experience with Relume

• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Understanding of how Google rendering affects SEO performance
