About the role
An HR Data Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets workforce data to provide insights that guide HR strategies in hiring, retention, compensation, and employee engagement. Responsibilities
Gathers workforce data from HRIS, payroll, recruitment, and performance systems. Validates and maintains accuracy of HR data through audits and quality checks. Identifies trends in employee turnover, engagement, hiring, and compensation. Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leaders and management. Creates dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Develops predictive models to anticipate workforce needs and HR challenges. Ensures HR data reporting meets legal and regulatory requirements. Works closely with HR teams to provide insights that guide decision-making. Translates raw data into actionable recommendations for HR strategies. Suggests enhancements to HR processes based on data-driven findings

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.2+ years in data analysis, preferably in HR or people analytics. Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with HRIS systems, workforce planning, and compliance requirements.
