Senior Multimedia Artist

Wellspring is a fast-growing, Gen Z–first wellness brand best known for our viral vitamin gummies. We’re hiring a Multimedia Designer to lead brand storytelling across digital, retail, and partnerships—turning scrolls into sales and customers into fans.

What you’ll do

• Own our brand vision and keep visual + verbal identity tight across channels
• Lead 360° campaigns (TikTok/IG, e-com, OOH, retail, PR, collabs) from concept to post-mortem
• Build a content engine for short-form video, creator kits, and high-converting landing pages
• Drive performance creative with clear hypotheses and rapid A/B testing (CTR, hook rate, CVR, ROAS)
• Partner with Growth/E-com; translate insights into weekly creative wins
• Manage & mentor an in-house team + freelancers/creators
• Co-create packaging and retail experiences that pop on shelves—and on social

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience (agency or brand), with background in Vitamins & Supplements, Beauty, or Fashion is a plus but not required.
• A strong portfolio: social-first campaigns, short-form video, packaging systems
• Excellence in art direction + copy direction, visual systems, motion/3D familiarity a plus
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Data-driven mindset and bias to ship, learn, iterate

Nice to Have

• DTC/e-com experience (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop) and PDP best practices
• Creator/UGC playbooks, experiential/retail design
• Regulatory-aware packaging/copy experience for wellness
