Business Systems Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities: Gather and document business and system requirements. Map workflows and identify process improvements. Develop and maintain databases and data models. Build reports, dashboards, and analytical tools. Automate workflows using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. Analyze data to support management decisions. Plan and conduct system and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot system, data, reporting, and automation issues. Provide user support for implemented solutions. Prepare user, process, and technical documentation. Coordinate with users and stakeholders. Monitor solutions and recommend enhancements. Evaluate technologies that improve operations. Support digital transformation and continuous improvement. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Management Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and adapt to changing business and operational

requirements
