About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Marketing & Growth Manager to build, lead, and manage our marketing and lead generation division.

This is a leadership role responsible for developing marketing strategy, generating leads, overseeing multiple departments, managing team members, and driving measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building systems, managing people, and executing marketing initiatives that produce real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, train, manage, and scale the marketing department
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise team members
• Establish KPIs, accountability systems, and reporting structures
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Develop department SOPs and operational processes
• Coordinate projects across multiple teams and departments

Lead Generation & Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies for service-based businesses
• Build marketing funnels that generate qualified leads and appointments
• Improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey
• Develop referral marketing and partnership programs
• Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels

Website & SEO Oversight

• Manage web developers and website projects
• Oversee website redesigns, landing pages, and conversion optimization
• Manage SEO strategy, content planning, and vendor performance
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and lead generation metrics
• Ensure all digital assets support business growth objectives

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Lead social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profiles
• Manage content calendars and publishing

• Coordinate graphic design, content creation, and brand messaging
• Develop campaigns that generate engagement and leads

Video Production & Creative Management

• Oversee video editors and creative team members
• Develop video marketing strategies
• Coordinate production of short-form and long-form content
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and business objectives

Inside Sales & Appointment Setting Support

• Work closely with inside sales and appointment-setting teams
• Improve lead flow and lead quality
• Monitor sales pipeline performance
• Assist with sales scripts, training materials, and conversion strategies
• Align marketing efforts with revenue goals

Digital Advertising & Analytics

• Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns
• Review campaign performance and ROI
• Manage budgets and resource allocation
• Create executive-level reporting dashboards

AI & Automation

• Implement AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency
• Build automation systems using CRM and marketing platforms
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve scalability
• Leverage AI for content creation, reporting, lead nurturing, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, business growth, or marketing leadership
• Proven experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of SEO, website management, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and sales funnels
• Experience overseeing web developers, SEO specialists, social media managers, video editors, and marketing specialists
• Experience working with lead generation and appointment-setting teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong leadership and project management abilities

Preferred

• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
• Experience in home services, construction, roofing, restoration, HVAC, plumbing, legal, medical, or other service industries
• Experience with GoHigh

Level, HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor, and marketing automation platforms

• Experience building and scaling marketing teams
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing and operational performance

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days

• Evaluate current marketing systems and team structure
• Develop a strategic growth plan for Storm Team Solutions and client accounts
• Improve lead generation performance and reporting
• Establish KPIs and accountability systems for all marketing personnel
• Create processes for managing web development, SEO, social media, video production, and inside sales support
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration
• Begin building a scalable marketing department capable of supporting multiple clients and brands

Full-Time

Compensation

₱60,000 to ₱100,000 per month

Compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, technical skills, and demonstrated results.

Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities may be available for candidates who successfully build and scale the marketing department, improve lead generation performance, and contribute to company growth.

Salary is negotiable for exceptional candidates with proven experience managing web development, SEO, paid advertising, social media, video production, and lead generation teams.
