Head Nurse

Job description: We are urgently looking for a dedicated and experienced Hemodialysis Head Nurse to oversee the daily operations of the dialysis unit. The role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, monitoring compliance with clinic policies and healthcare standards, and coordinating with doctors and other departments for smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide dialysis nurses and staff

• Ensure safe and quality patient care during dialysis treatment
• Monitor daily unit operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and clinic policies
• Assist in patient assessment and management
• Maintain proper documentation and reports
• Handle staff concerns, training, and performance monitoring
• Qualifications: Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed)
• With experience in Hemodialysis setting
• With leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in dialysis procedures and patient care
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Dedicated, organized, and patient-oriented
