IT Service Desk Analyst | Grow Your Career in an MSP Environment

IT By Design is looking for IT Service Desk Analysts who are comfortable supporting users across different client environments and troubleshooting everyday IT issues. You will provide L1–L2 technical support across multiple client environments in a fast-paced MSP setting, working night shifts onsite in BGC, Taguig. Key responsibilities

Provide L1–L2 technical support across multiple client environments in a fast-paced MSP setting. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and user-related IT issues. Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and other business applications. Diagnose and resolve VPN, network connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues. Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests while meeting client SLAs and priorities. Support users remotely and across different client environments, adapting to their specific IT setups. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system. Work closely with L2/L3 engineers and technical teams when escalation is needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with global clients and end users throughout the support process. About you2+ year of experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support. Experience working in an MSP, BPO IT support, or multi-client environment is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, VPN troubleshooting, desktop and hardware support, printer and peripheral troubleshooting, and basic network troubleshooting. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer-focused and comfortable supporting users in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work night shifts and onsite in BGC, Taguig. Benefits
