Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our home appliance portfolio. This role requires a blend of market insight, technical understanding, and customer-centric thinking to deliver innovative products that enhance everyday living.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product development.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design teams to develop new appliances.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create launch plans, positioning, and messaging.
• Support pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements.
• Manage product portfolio, including upgrades, enhancements, and phase-outs.
• Track KPIs such as sales, customer satisfaction, and market share.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainability trends and smart home technologies is a plus
