HR Generalist/Executive

The HR Generalist - Executive is responsible in hiring the most qualified person for every job requirement and will promote a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment to the hiring process. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment to hiring process which includes the following: Sourcing of candidates on various mediums and platforms. Connecting with potential candidates for the talent requirements of the assigned BU accounts. Screening and endorsement of shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers. Verification of records of all candidates considered for hiring

Conducting job offer, hiring and pre-onboarding process. Support the performance management cycle, including 3rd/5th month, annual appraisal. Assist in monitoring employee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure that performance appraisal feedback is given constructively and on time. Assist the HR Assistant Manager working with HR reports to prepare data related to attrition, absenteeism and employee movement. Work with the team to address retention challenges

Support payroll processing and other ad hoc tasks. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. At least 5 years relative experience preferably in the IT, Retail, Service or FMCGExcellent communication skills, articulate, highly personable. Excellent analytical skills and attention to details. Professional and trustworthy. Can manage confidential information. Diligent, organized and able to work well both independently and within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Proficient on online virtual platforms.
