Junior Full Stack Developer | Metro Manila [Hybrid]

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to support the development and enhancement of web-based applications. The successful candidate will work across both front-end and back-end development, collaborate with experienced developers, and contribute to building reliable and scalable software solutions. This is a hands-on development role for someone who is eager to expand their technical skills and gain broader exposure across the application development lifecycle. Key responsibilities

Develop and enhance web applications based on business and technical requirements. Work on both front-end interfaces and back-end application components. Build, maintain, and integrate APIs and backend services. Create responsive and functional user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Develop and maintain database structures, queries, and data-related functions using SQL.Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application maintenance. Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure application reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews and follow established coding and development standards. Collaborate with senior developers, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process. Assist in technical estimation, task planning, and development documentation. About you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in software, web, or full-stack development. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with at least one backend programming language, such as Python, Java, Node.js, or PHP.Experience working with SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Understanding of REST APIs and web services. Basic knowledge of software development practices, testing, debugging, and SDLC.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
