About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and operational support to the Sales Operations Head.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and management updates.
- Analyze sales performance, marketing campaigns, and lead conversion to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and business analytics.
- Monitor buyer accounts from reservation to booking, including liquidation and incentive qualification.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support CRM, lead management, and sales process improvements.
- Recommend automation and operational enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Assist in special projects and other initiatives assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Sales Administration, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, CRM systems, and data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and handle confidential business information professionally.
