About the role

Job description: Key Responsibilities

Handle various HR facets and functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR administration. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding. Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, regularization, and separation processes. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files. Monitor attendance, leaves, timekeeping, and other employee-related records. With experience in payroll processing. Assist in the administration of employee benefits and government-mandated benefits. Address employee concerns and assist in resolving employee relations and workplace issues. Prepare HR documents, notices, memos, employment contracts, certificates, and other HR-related correspondence. Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements. Assist in disciplinary actions, incident documentation, investigations, and preparation of notices when necessary. Conduct exit interviews and coordinate clearance and offboarding procedures. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data and documentation. Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and employees regarding HR concerns. Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned by management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or related HR functions. Knowledgeable in various HR facets and Philippine labor laws. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee documentation. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR-related systems. Able to handle confidential information professionally. Experience in a construction company is an advantage.
