Full job description

BASIC FUNCTION

• Ensure the mechanical reliability and optimal performance of all flour mill machinery through strategic oversight and technical expertise.
• Plan, organize, lead, and control mechanical maintenance operations by providing strategic guidance to maintenance engineers regarding both preventive and corrective activities.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Preferably with formal training/certification on the ff: (1) Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), (2) Condition Monitoring (e.g., Vibration Analysis Level 1, Thermography, or Ultrasound) to support the predictive/proactive nature of the role, (3) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or advanced ERP inventory modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering within a heavy industrial, milling, or large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in supervising the installation, commissioning, and alignment of new mechanical equipment and industrial piping.
• Proficient in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for technical drafting and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial lubrication chemistry, application methods, and the establishment of lubrication

• Proficient in the use of psychrometric charts to monitor and optimize ventilated rooms and other HVAC system applications.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage technical teams, ensuring high morale and operational productivity.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
