Social Media Content & Community Coordinator

Full-Time | Remote | Philippines

We are looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media Content & Community Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. You’ll help manage the day-to-day social media presence of our digital brands, turning our content strategy into a consistent stream of posts, Stories, community conversations and engagement across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys working with online communities and knows that great content doesn't stop once you hit Publish. What you'll be doing

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Threads
• Create and publish Instagram Stories
• Create simple carousels and static content using approved brand templates
• Adapt supplied content and captions for different social platforms
• Repurpose existing content into additional social formats
• Manage content calendars and ensure posts are published on

• Monitor comments, messages and community discussions
• Respond to general community engagement and escalate enquiries when required
• Help manage and grow our Facebook and Reddit communities
• Identify relevant conversations where our brands can genuinely contribute
• Monitor social trends and suggest timely content opportunities
• Track content performance, audience growth and engagement
• Prepare simple weekly social media performance reports
• Work closely with our creative team to maintain consistent branding and messaging

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, creative and genuinely understands social media. You should be comfortable working across multiple brands and platforms while maintaining a consistent publishing schedule. Experience with the following would be highly regarded: Instagram and FacebookTikTokYouTubeLinkedInX and Threads

Reddit and Facebook Groups

Meta Business Suite

• Social media scheduling tools
• Canva or similar design software
• Basic short-form video editing

Community management

• Social media analytics
• AI tools for content workflows
• Strong written English and attention to detail are essential. This isn't just a posting role

We don't want someone who simply uploads whatever they're given and moves on. We want someone who pays attention to what people are saying, what content is performing, what questions keep appearing and where there are opportunities for the brand to join the conversation. You'll be expected to bring those insights back to the wider marketing team so we can continually improve our content. What we provide

Our team will provide the overall brand strategy, content direction, messaging and major creative assets. You'll work alongside our Senior Multimedia Designer, video content team and management to turn that strategy into consistent daily execution. You'll have room to contribute ideas of your own, but you won't be expected to build the entire marketing strategy from scratch. Role Details

• Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Reporting to: Senior Multimedia Designer / Management
