About the role
Lucky RV Inc is seeking an experienced and resourceful HR Generalist to manage a comprehensive range of HR functions and support both employees and management in day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and a positive work environment. Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy of employee records, attendance, and leave information
- Do job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and preparation of offer letters
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including contract preparation, orientation, and policy briefing; manage offboarding, asset returns, and exit interviews
- Prepare and verify payroll data; assist with payroll processing; administer employee benefits and address related inquiries
- Support handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and complaints while maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with protocols
- Assist in organizing performance appraisals, maintaining performance records, and following up on development plans
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and addressing employee concerns
- Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and company policies; update and communicate HR policies as needed
- Coordinate and track employee training, organize training sessions, and help develop training materials
- Monitor attendance records, process leave requests, and ensure compliance with leave policies
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR administrative role, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
- Efficient in using AI tools for productivity and HR operations
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and empathetic approach in handling sensitive matters
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and case management procedures
- High attention to detail, integrity, discretion, and a proactive mindset
