The Cortex Technologies Corporation (CTC) team is looking for a Retail Operations Supervisor to be assigned to our warehouse in Quezon City. Job Description: Operations Management - Manage daily store warehouse operations, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and optimize store visual merchandising and inventory workflow. Sales & Revenue Tracking - Monitor daily/weekly KPIs (sales targets, conversion rates, basket size) and implement floor strategies for walk-in customers. Inventory & Supply Chain - Oversee stock replenishment, perform cycle counts, track inventory replenishments and ensure visual planogram compliance. Team Leadership & Scheduling - Manage PC scheduling, evaluate individual sales performance, conduct onboarding, and coach team members on customer engagement and product knowledge. Reporting & Analytics - Analyze sales performance data, compile end-of-day/end-of-month operational dashboards, and present actionable insights to management.
