Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or mechanical contracting.
- Proven track record in end-to-end project management — from planning, cost control, and execution to turnover.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, fire protection, and mechanical works.
- Hands-on and proactive in resolving project issues and leading site coordination.
