HR Associate (Project-Based)

The HR Associate (Project-Based) provides additional manpower support to the HR & Admin team, with primary focus on recruitment and selection activities. The role assists in the day-to-day processing of recruitment requirements, including applicant screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, recruitment documentation, and pre-employment processing. The position will work closely with the HR team and Hiring Managers to facilitate an organized and timely recruitment process and may provide support to other HR activities as needed during the engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies across approved recruitment platforms, career pages, and other sourcing channels
• Receive, review, organize, and maintain applications and candidate records
• Conduct initial screening of applicants based on the qualifications and requirements established for each position
• Conduct initial candidate interviews or screening calls, as assigned, and properly document the results
• Prepare and organize candidate information and screening results for HR review and endorsement to Hiring Managers
