The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. Job Description

As a Shopee Product Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to review feature requests, provide UAT support, and manage end-to-end bug tracking. You will drive effective communication throughout the debugging process, identify and propose temporary solutions when needed, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.

• Capable to complete UAT to certify the compatibility of the current environment
• Can handle the request on feature improvement and be familiar with the requirement management
• Being able to understand the system, feature and function mechanism
• Capable to identify the issue, reach out to PIC and potential work plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
• Self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with strong customer focus
• Strong stakeholder management skills with customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and agile environment, with a willingness and attitude to learn new tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and English speaking is a must in order to collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts and online marketplace operations (preferred)
