Full job description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Developer, based in Makati. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, managing databases and servers, troubleshooting technical issues, deploying applications, and collaborating with the IT team to deliver secure and efficient software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development and/or system administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and work on enterprise-scale projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based and mobile applications.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems.
  • Design and maintain relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB).
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
  • Deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
  • Manage web servers (Apache/Nginx) and application servers.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and security measures.
  • Maintain technical documentation and system manuals.
  • Collaborate with the IT team in planning and implementing new technologies.
  • Provide technical support when necessary
