About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, leave monitoring, and onboarding.
Key responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and hiring activities, including sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination. Assist with pre-employment requirements, background checks, medical examinations, and onboarding documentation. Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records, ensuring documents are complete and properly filed. Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records. Provide support in payroll preparation, including checking attendance, overtime, undertime, leaves, and other payroll-related information. Assist employees with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG/HDMF benefits and requirements. Assist in monitoring HMO enrollment and employee availments. Assist in processing employee clearances and separation-related documents. Monitor probationary and contractual employees, including contract expiration and regularization requirements. Assist in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. With or without prior HR experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Willing to learn and handle multiple HR tasks. Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information. Can work independently and as part of a team. Can start immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
