About the role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop management reports and provide financial insights.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support audits and improve financial reporting processes.
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
CPA is an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting, or FP&A.
2–3 years of supervisory experience.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
