RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Sky Ads Inc. is looking for a resourceful and results-driven Recruitment Officer who knows how to actively find qualified candidates. The role involves hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment websites, candidate databases, and talent sourcing platforms.

Key responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring endorsement

Actively source candidates through JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites, professional networks, referrals, job fairs, PESO, schools, and other sourcing channels

• Use and maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to properly monitor candidate applications and recruitment stages
• Search candidate databases and directly approach qualified active and passive candidates
• Build and continuously maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, attitude, and job suitability
• Create and post effective job advertisements across different recruitment platforms
• Coordinate interviews and candidate endorsements with Hiring Managers and Department Heads
• Develop sourcing strategies for urgent, experienced, and hard-to-fill positions
• Track recruitment performance including applicants sourced, interviewed, passed, hired, source effectiveness, and hiring turnaround time

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Preferably 2 years or more of recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience
• Experience using an ATS or recruitment management system
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online recruitment websites
• Must know how to perform active sourcing, talent mapping, database searching, and headhunting
• Experience building and maintaining a candidate database or talent pool
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work toward recruitment targets and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reporting
• Organized, proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented
