IT Specialist

Nexora Office Support and Services is seeking an experienced and dependable IT Specialist to manage core technology infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software systems, resolving network and connectivity issues, and providing comprehensive technical support to maintain operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal staff, resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues promptly
• Provision, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, software installations, user accounts, and access permissions
• Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, VPN connections, and implement standard system security measures to safeguard data
• Identify, log, and resolve recurring technical glitches while documenting technical solutions and system configurations
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for system upgrades, hardware maintenance, and IT workflow improvements

About you

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop support
• Strong proficiency in Windows OS environment troubleshooting, application setup, and hardware maintenance
• Solid understanding of basic networking principles, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi networks, VPN configurations, and general connectivity

Experience administering cloud applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills

• High degree of self-sufficiency, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting a BPO, call center, healthcare support unit, or distributed workforce is strongly preferred
