About the role
- Oversee the company’s accounting operations and full accounting cycle.
- Review General Ledger, Full Set Accounting, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and other accounting records.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Oversee tax compliance, statutory requirements, and coordination with external auditors and accounting partners.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost control.
- Establish and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and SOPs.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounting and Finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant Accounting and Finance experience.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting/finance role.
- Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger and Full Set Accounting.
- Experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, and Philippine tax compliance.
- Strong Excel and accounting system skills.
- Leadership experience in managing an Accounting or Finance team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- CPA is preferred but not required.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, trading, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.
