WordPress Virtual Assistant

• Job Summary: We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented GoHigh
• Level Website Specialist to look after our WordPress website and build out our GoHigh

Level funnels and course platform. The role spans everything from routine site maintenance and security checks to creating landing pages and organizing course content in GoHigh

Level. The right person is technically sharp, proactive, and at ease working across both website and CRM/funnel systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the WordPress website, including scheduling backups and running routine quality checks

• Keep watch over site security and carry out basic vulnerability checks
• Diagnose and fix routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates
• Publish new blog posts, videos, and other content updates on the website
• Create and manage GoHigh
• Level landing pages that support online course offerings
• Upload and arrange recorded course modules on the GoHigh

Level platform

• Configure and maintain GoHigh
• Level automations and workflows tied to the website and course funnels
• Provide general backend technical support to keep systems running smoothly
• Collaborate on upcoming website changes and course launches
• Mandatory Skills: Proven WordPress maintenance experience, including backups, plugin/theme updates, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevelUnderstanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks
• Ability to upload and structure course content in a CRM/funnel platform
• Dependable, careful, and able to work unsupervised
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred Skills: Experience supporting online course creators or coaching businesses
• Familiarity with content publishing (blog posts, embedded video)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom website tweaks
• Experience with marketing automation workflows
