Outbound Sales Rep with Nursing Background | Home-based

We are seeking a motivated and personable Outbound Sales Representative with a nursing background to join our team. This is a remote, part-time inside sales role focused on outbound phone outreach to healthcare clients. If you enjoy building relationships, educating customers, and using your clinical knowledge in a sales environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing healthcare clients

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Present products and services in a consultative, professional manner
• Follow up on leads and manage customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve individual sales and performance goals
• Qualifications: Nursing background required (RN or equivalent clinical experience)
• Previous sales, business development, or customer service experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with outbound phone sales and consultative selling
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Schedule (20 Hours per Week) Philippine Time: Monday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AMWednesday: 12:00 AM – 5:00 AMThursday: 3:00 AM – 8:00 AMThursday: 10:00 PM – Friday 3:00 AMSaturday: 1:00 AM – 6:00 AM*Note: Monday's shift focuses primarily on East Coast accounts, with outreach expanding to West Coast accounts later in the shift. System requirements: Computer Processor: Intel 8th generation or newer/AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer

• Computer Memory/RAM: At least 16.00 GB for both primary and back up computer/sComputer OS: Windows 11 and future enterprise operating systems
• Storage: 500 GB SSDWith licensed MS Office and extra monitor
• Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
