About the role
Requirements1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, requirements documentation, and business process mapping.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze business processes, data, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Prepare reports, dashboards, process flows, and business requirement documents. Coordinate with technical and business teams to support project delivery. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and solution validation.
