Marketing Officer

We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of the company's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and helping strengthen the company's brand presence. Key responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and promotional materials. Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms. Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers for marketing activities and events. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with recommendations. Assist in organizing company events, promotions, and product launches. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned. About you

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least one (1) year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms is an advantage. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Highly organized, creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
