Now Platform Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Products: ITSM, CSM and FSM. Any additional product line would be a benefit. Scripting Languages: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting APIs and Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration

Hub for integrating ServiceNow with other systems Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS Database Management: Familiarity with relational databases and SQL ITIL Framework: Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices Agile Development Process: Experience with working within an agile development process. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and in a team environment.
