About the role
Wonder Library is a young Ed-tech startup building a small outreach team to introduce our product to childcare centres in New Zealand. We're looking for a coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and manage a small group of outreach interns.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and screen interns from applicant pools provided
- Assign leads and track basic performance metrics
- Run onboarding for new interns (CRM + call scripts)
- Report hours/tasks daily, consolidated weekly report
About you
- Experience coordinating or managing a small remote team (sales, VA, or BPO background a plus)
- Comfortable with CRM tools (we train on Bitrix24)
- Reliable, organised, able to work independently
