Full Stack Developer (ASAP)

Front-End Development- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize UI performance.- Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Back-End Development & APIs- Build and optimize back-end services and APIs using Java, Kotlin, Node.js.- Develop microservices and API-driven architectures.- Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless functionality.- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Database & Storage- Work with PostgreSQL for relational data modeling.- Utilize Redis (NoSQL) for caching and high-performance data access.- Ensure efficient queries and database optimization. DevOps & CI/CD- Implement CI/CD automation using Docker and Kubernetes.- Manage source control and branching strategies with Git/GitFlow.- Collaborate on cloud-native deployments and containerized applications. Testing & Quality Assurance- Perform unit, integration, and API testing using tools like Postman/Insomnia.- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across the stack.- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards. Collaboration & Documentation- Work closely with QA, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver features.- Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions using JIRA/Confluence.- Communicate complex technical topics in clear, simple language. Advanced (Senior-Level Focus)- Architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions for enterprise applications.- Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.- Lead troubleshooting for critical issues and performance bottlenecks.- Contribute to technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives
