About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Head to join Infinity 88 Business Consultancy in a full-time capacity, based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this strategic leadership position, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives across our organisation and client engagements. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and organisational change. You will lead a team of digital specialists, define the digital vision and roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of transformation programmes that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping how we leverage emerging technologies to create value for our clients and strengthen our market position.

Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of Infinity 88 Business Consultancy and our client

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of digital transformation specialists, technologists, and consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and digital solutions that address client challenges and create competitive advantages

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects for clients, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define digital priorities, secure resources, and drive organisational alignment on transformation initiatives

Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and methodologies for managing digital transformation programmes across the consultancy

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to ensure Infinity 88 Business Consultancy remains at the forefront of digital innovation

• Build and strengthen relationships with technology partners, vendors, and ecosystem players to enhance service delivery and client outcomes
• Communicate digital transformation vision, progress, and results to executive leadership and clients through regular reporting and strategic presentations
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or technology leadership roles within the Information and Communication Technology sector

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and realisation of

Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms, and their application in business contexts

• Demonstrated expertise in change management, organisational transformation, and stakeholder engagement at executive levels
• Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy to diverse audiences

Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in digital transformation, strategy, or management consulting are advantageous

Knowledge of industry-specific digital transformation challenges and solutions across multiple sectors is desirable
